i have around 112 reference in my thesis sorted by appearance order , only one of the cited reference in chapter 5 appear always as reference 2 ( it suppose to be reference 105. how can i resolve this problem ?

I would guess that you have used it in a section heading and so it is appearing early in the table of contents (or list of figures or similar)
