I don't have any idea how to draw. I have to draw similar pictures in my presentation. Also, please suggest me some softwares other than Tikz where I can do this.

Welcome to TeX-SE! While it is certainly possible to draw this with TikZ, say, it is rather tedious because of all the little details the thingy contains. You will substantially increase the probability of getting an answer by splitting the question up into pieces that do not require the one willing to write an answer to add so many little details.
