Magnus Ducatus Tusciae[1] (Italiane Granducato di Toscana) fuit antiqua civitas in Tuscia regione Italica.


Per bullam papae Pii V die 27 Augusti 1569 Cosmus I Medices iam dux Florentiae magnus dux Tusciae factus est.


Usque ad annum 1737 magni duces Tusciae ad familiam Mediceam, postea ad familiam Habsburgi-Lotharingiae pertinuerunt.


Magnus ducatus finem habuit anno 1860, cum ultimus dux expulsus et Tuscia per plebiscitum adiuncta esset Regno Sardiniae, quod insequenti anno novum regnum Italiae factum est.
