Verbum Aikido Iaponicis litteris scriptum


Aikido (-onis, f.)[1] sive aicido est ars martialis condita a Morihei Ueshiba, cuius propositum est defensio sine oppugnatione, cum profunda base philosophica, in qua defensor redirigit motum et impetum oppugnantis ad adversarium eundem. Ea exercetur ab hominibus et feminis libere de eorum statura, pondere aut statu. Ea habetur tamquam una ex artibus martialibus difficillimis ad sollerter discendum et aliquot annos exercitationis requirit priusquam quisquam profecto possit se defendere, quia suae technicae plerumque dissimiles sunt aliarum artium martialium.

Aikido consuetudine omnes formas certaminum reiicit. Affirmat progressum mentis, corporis et animae usque ad attingere plenam harmoniam. Praecepta consistunt in observationem demonstrationum technicarum quas perficit magister et postea necesse est discipulo perdiscere laborareque - cum uno aut modo variis comitibus - moliens motus repetere, emendans in hunc modum technicam et attingens meliorem comprehensionem aikidonis. Motilitas, positus, accuratio et coordinatio sunt principia rerum praecipuarum ad efficiendas technicas et discipulos discere in modo flexibili adaptoque.

Nomen venit e lingua iaponica ai-ki-do, abs vocabulis "iungere-virum-viam", et significat: Artem tuendi exercens sollers tutor ad utendum viribus adversarii contra adversarium ipsum.
