Proscriptiones civium Romanorum anno 43 a.C.n. iussu C. Caesaris Octaviani, M. Antonii et M. Aemilii Lepidi triumvirorum factae sunt. Cum primum enim Bononiae ineunte mense novembri vel exeunte mense octobri coierunt atque societatem coniunxerunt tres duces inimicos necare constituerunt, ita ut saepe (non enim eosdem amicos eosdemque inimicos habebant) necem inimicorum cum proditione amicorum inter sese permutarent[1]. Statim atque Romam venerunt, neglecto trium nundinarum spatio, legem Pediam pertulerunt quae amnestiam a senatu post caedem Gai Caesaris decretam abrogabat. Tum demum interfectores Caesaris homicidii apud iudices accusare licebat atque statim proscriptiones coeperunt.
