Titus Fulvius Macrianus (nescimus, quando natus sit, mortuus est anno 261) fuit pater duorum usurpatorum Romanorum tertio saeculo. De eius patria nihil novimus.
Valeriano Augusto regnante a rationibus Augusti in Aegypto fuit, tum, cum Valerianus contra Persos profectus est, procurator arcae et praepositus annonae in expeditione Persicae. Valeriano a Sapore I rege Persarum capto a Ballista praefecto praetorio Valeriani Augustus propositus est. Sed propter aetatem et valetudinem negavit.
