La guerra de Navarra (titulus recentioris aevi) est carmen epicum sive potius historicum, Occitane compositum. In prima linea textus manu scripti auctor sic proclamatur: "Guillelmus Anelier de Tolosa me fecit."[1]


Successio regum Navarrae evolvitur a pugna iuxta Navas Tolosae, rege Sancio VII, anno 1212 commissa. Adventus describitur regis Theobaldi I et successio filii Theobaldi II qui cum rege Francico Ludovico IX octavam expeditionem sacram conduxit. Ibi auctor ipse participavit:
