Pauca nota sunt de Lucio ante quam papa factus est. Lucius erat filius cuiusdam Porphyriani.



Pontificatus |


Lucius papa factus est inter persecutiones imperatoris Treboniani Galli, qui Lucium Româ expulit. Post mortem imperatoris, Publio Licinio Valeriano regnante, Lucius Romam redire potuit.


Secundum memoriam populi, Lucius obiit martyr.
