Praeses Rei Publicae Finniae (Finnice: Suomen tasavallan presidentti) est princeps civitatis Finniae. Politicam externam regit una cum gubernatione Finniae, est summus dux exercitus Finniae, designat aliquos magnorum magistratuum. Si praeses temporarite non potest munere fungi, primus minister in locum eius substituitur.
